Destined for Empowerment CDC has been organized for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. Since 2005, DFECDC has been dedicated to serving the needs of low and moderate-income families and individuals. This program is open to anyone in the Greater Houston Area seeking assistance. DFECDC is currently working in conjunction with New Beginning Church Supernatural in their effort to support, feed, and clothe the less fortunate of Greater Houston Area.
